Integrated Producer


Mode is searching for an Integrated Producer with experience in content production. Having experience in agency process and resource management, our Integrated Producers manage projects across all mediums including brand systems, physical extensions, campaigns and content, photo & video content creation, and digital ecosystems. Our producers are assertive problem solvers and team leaders who successfully guide client projects through the studio. They are great communicators, motivators, and project managers with an innate ability to take ownership and accountability of their work. As a result, they juggle multiple project priorities with ease and discipline. They advise teams on best practices, scope, timing and budget, and actively participate in the entire project process. Our Integrated Producers combine the learned skills of a traffic and project manager with the empathy, leadership, flexibility, and strategy of a producer.

Managing both internal cross-functional teams and external vendors from pitch through final project completion, our Integrated Producers build strong, resilient relationships and have the ability to inspire their teams while keeping projects moving and on schedule. They are comfortable speaking into strategic development and creative conception while managing the full project process including process guidance, task assignments, timeline creation, and team management. Encouraging communication and enhancing morale, Integrated Producers set the tone of each project and carry the team as they adapt to unexpected changes in scope, timeline, and client expectations. Project scopes can vary from a single brand mark or landing page to multifaceted and multi-channeled campaigns. As the internal point person on all projects, our Integrated Producers play a key role in their success.


About You

  • Has at least 2-4 years agency-level experience or similar managing projects and content studio productions.

About the Role

  • Independently lead and manage multiple projects across varied mediums for accuracy, efficiency, and functionality while identifying and achieving resolution on project issues.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal team, partners, vendors, and clients to create trust, meet goals, and support effective project management.
  • Negotiate, define, communicate, and manage the hours and budget scope of current and future projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and in budget.
  • Work closely with project team members to identify internal project agreements while considering broader client goals and expectations that must be met.
  • Work with the production team and creative/digital leaders to manage full agency resources and priorities daily.
  • Manage, forecast, and track project schedules through their life cycles while keeping full studio resources and deadlines in mind.
  • Execute and produce photo and video shoots of varying sizes, acting as the point person for both internal and external teams while monitoring budget and timeline.
  • Accurately create detailed estimates and budget recommendations for a variety of productions from small social shoots to large-scale broadcast productions.
  • Create shoot documents and schedules for multiple productions, keeping team and partners on time and on schedule, considering all facets of a production.
  • Oversee standards of quality for all of your projects.
  • Research, recommend, and vet the work of new vendors and technologies.
  • Continue to evaluate and refine agency processes alongside fellow Producers.
